Congratulations from EuroEyes: Denmark are World Champions!
On 27 January 2019, after 17 days, the time had finally come: the handball final of the World Championship took place in Herning. After an exciting 60 minutes, Denmark won against Norway with the score of 31:22.

Lasse Svan, Rasmus Lauge and Anders Zachariassen were three players of the SG Flensburg-Handwitt on the Danish starting line-up. Rasmus Lauge and Lasse Svan both scored four goals. Lasse Svan is now one of the few players worldwide to have won the Olympic Games, the Champions League, the German Championship, the European Championship and the World Championship: “This World Cup victory means a lot to me, because now my title collection is complete”.

For Dr. Jørn Slot Jørgensen, CEO and founder of EuroEyes, the cooperation initiated for the 2018/2019 handball season plays a particularly important role: “As a native of Denmark, I am an enthusiastic handball fan.
