If you wear contact lenses for a long time, your eyes may be a bit dry. When you wish to have the treatment as soon as possible after the epidemic, then it is highly recommended that you stop wearing contact lenses during this time.
Long-term wearing of contact lenses may affect the measurement of certain eye parameters. In order to evaluate your data more accurately, it is generally recommended that you stop wearing soft contact lenses for at least one week before the preoperative evaluation and surgery.
In addition, during the “stay at home” period, you can pay proper attention to the eye rest and avoid excessive eyestrain or eye fatigue. It’s better for pre-operative evaluation if your eyes are in the best condition.
